Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

 

    •    Orders for original artwork will be dispatched within 1-3 days, provided payment verification is successful and the order is received Monday to Friday.

    •    Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched by the end of the following business day.

 

Delivery Schedule:

 

    •    UK Mainland:

    •    Standard delivery time: 7-10 days from dispatch.

    •    Express delivery time: 3-5 days from dispatch.

    •    Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding bank and public holidays.

    •    Delivery to areas outside Mainland UK may take slightly longer.

    •    International Orders:

    •    Standard delivery time: 10-15 days from dispatch.

    •    Prints sent via Royal Mail First Class will typically arrive within 3-7 working days after dispatch. In rare cases, especially during busy times of the year, it may take longer. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days, please get in touch.

 

Tracking:

 

    •    Myself or my shipping agent, Mail Boxes ETC, will provide tracking information by email after your goods have been dispatched. Please use this service to follow your delivery’s progress. For assistance, contact me at art@robertpaul.co.uk or Mail Boxes ETC at info@mbecambridge.com.

 

Shipping Costs:

 

    •    Current UK Mainland delivery charges will be displayed at checkout and included in your total order amount.

    •    Shipping costs are calculated per piece, and I do not profit from postage fees; I simply charge what it costs to send the work to you.

 

Missed Deliveries:

 

    •    If you are not available to take delivery, most courier companies will attempt another delivery. If you miss the second attempt, they may leave a card for you to collect the goods. It is your responsibility to arrange a redelivery with the courier company.

    •    If the parcel is returned to Cambridge because it was not collected, you may be charged a return fee (which could be greater than the original shipping fee) and a redelivery fee.

 

Customs & Duties:

 

    •    Orders within the UK, EU, US, and Australia typically do not incur customs fees or duties. For other destinations, while duty and customs fees are unlikely, they may be incurred and are the responsibility of the customer.

    •    I have no control over these charges and recommend contacting your local customs authorities for more information. If your order incurs import duties and taxes, they must be paid directly to your tax authority or courier before the shipment is released to you.

    •    If duties are not paid and the delivery is returned, you will need to pay for postage to resend the item.

 

International Orders:

 

    •    Please be aware that delays may occur if your parcel is held in customs. Unfortunately, I have no control over these delays and cannot provide details on why or how long your parcel may be delayed.

    •    International orders can take between 5-15 days to reach you.​​
