Welcome to www.robertpaul.co.uk. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order or using this website. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1) Order
• Order Confirmation: Once you complete your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you, including details of the products, prices, and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact me immediately via email at art@robertpaul.co.uk.
• Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information, including the shipping address, to avoid delays.
• Payment Terms: Payments can be made via Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or BACS (upon request). If you prefer to pay via BACS, please email me directly at art@robertpaul.co.uk to arrange the payment. An order confirmation will be sent for payment.
2) Delivery
• Processing Time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 3 working days. Depending on your location (see Shipping for details), orders will reach you within the estimated times. Orders placed on weekends will be sent on the following Monday at the earliest.
• Shipping Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent once your order is submitted to the shipping provider.
• Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information and to follow the instructions for the care of artworks.
3) Cancellation of Orders
• Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, please email me at art@robertpaul.co.uk. Include your name, address, email, order number, and the name of the piece, and specify which items the cancellation applies to.
• After Dispatch: If the order has already been dispatched, you are responsible for any return costs, including shipping costs that may have been incurred.
4) Returns, Refunds & Exchange
• Eligibility: Original illustrations (framed or unframed) and unframed prints are refundable within 7 days of receipt. For more details, please refer to the ‘Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy’ (Link).
• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return. Products should be well-packaged in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund if the product is used or damaged.
5) Packaging
• Protective Measures: All original illustrations (framed or unframed) are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimise the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each piece is then shipped in a double-boxed cardboard box.
• Damage Handling: While it is extremely rare for breakages or damages to occur, in the event that damage does happen, please provide photographic evidence. We will strive to organise collection and replacement immediately.

6) Limitation of Liability
I accept no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product. I am not liable for shipping losses, damages, or errors resulting from circumstances beyond my control, such as labor conflicts, fire, war, or decisions by authorities.
7) Product Information
I reserve the right to correct any errors on this website and do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products, as colour differences may occur depending on your monitor, photo quality, and resolution. My goal is to present the products as accurately as possible.

9) Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images and text, is the intellectual property of “Robert Paul” and may not be used without permission.
10) Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
