Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.

 

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

•  Domestic UK Orders (Prints Only):

Prints can be returned within 7 days of receipt.

 

•  International Orders:

Prints for international orders are non-refundable due to the costs and complexities associated with packaging and shipping.

 

•  Canvases & Original Illustrations:

Non-refundable for all orders.

Conditions for Returns (Domestic UK Prints Only):

 

To qualify for a return:

•. The print must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

•  It must be in its original packaging.

•. The print must be unused and undamaged.

 

Prints that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

 

Return Process (Domestic UK Only):

 

•  Contact me via email to request a return, and I will provide the return address.

•  Shipping Costs: Shipping charges incurred during the return process are non-refundable.

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs and assume the risk     of loss or damage during shipping, both to and from Robert Paul.

 

Damaged Items (All Orders):

 

If you received a damaged product, please notify me immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging. I will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

 

Refund Process (Domestic UK Prints Only):

 

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
