Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.

 

Eligibility for Returns:

 

    •    Original Illustrations or Prints:

    •    Can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase.

    •    Unfortunately, exchanges are not offered.

    •    Canvases:

    •    Are non-refundable.

 

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

 

    •    The painting was purchased within the last 7 days.

    •    The painting is in its original packaging.

    •    The painting has not been used or damaged.

 

Paintings that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

 

Return Process:

 

    •    The return address will be provided via email upon receipt of your return request.

    •    Shipping Charges: Shipping costs incurred in connection with the return are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs and assume the risk of loss or damage during shipping, both to and from Robert Paul.

 

Damaged Items:

 

    •    If you received a damaged product, please notify me immediately for assistance.

 

Refund Process:

 

    •    Once your return is received and inspected, I will contact you via email to notify you of the receipt of the returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

    •    If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

 

Packaging:

 

    •    All prints and framed prints are carefully packaged to prevent damage. While it is extremely rare for breakages or damages to occur, our packaging solution has been refined many times. If damage does happen, we ask for photographic evidence to assist in resolving the issue.
